Dr. Zahra Ameen is an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist with over 10 years of clinical experience and a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. She provides services in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Medical Education. 

Zahra graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Medical School with a BSc in Pharmacology, and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

Zahra’s special interests include ambulatory gynaecology, acute gynaecology and early pregnancy scanning. Her skills encompass expertise in ultrasound scanning, management of general gynaecological conditions, management of miscarriage, and outpatient hysteroscopy. She is passionate about global health, and has worked with and consulted for the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, making Zahra an advocate for women’s health education and rights.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping fit at the gym, particularly through yoga and Pilates. She has also recently taken up lessons in snowboarding!
